This is the real Transformer Bot - Eco Friendly

Everyone likes to own a real transforming robot and guess what now you can because this is a real transforming robot and it’s even eco-friendly. It can change into a total of 6 different robots, giving you plenty of ways to keep yourself entertained. It’s a great and pretty much pointless way to enjoy solar power. Not all solar power really needs to have a point though and this would also be a fun thing to enjoy with your children.

It can change from a robotic dog, to a boat, moving plane, car, windmill and lastly a desktop plane. If you run out of sunlight for some reason, you can also charge this up by utilizing a 50 watt bulb or brighter.

There are a grand total of 25 parts and no screws. Since there are so many parts, this is probably something you should help your kids with if you give it to them. You can pick it up for £13.00 or about $21 from Red5.

Eco Friendly Foot Powered Charger

The UK cellular company Orange has figured out how to channel the power of a good idea. In fact, this device can “generate enough energy to power five minutes of call time in the time it takes to inflate a pillow”.

The press release says that it is “no bigger than a packet of Wet Wipes” for a size comparison. Clearly, this Orange Power Pump must be targeted for parents, who know what it is like to travel with Wet Wipes. Orange plans to display this Power Pump at the Glastonbury 2009 Festival, but there is no word on a price. I think that these foot pumps are probably the way to go green and eco-friendly.

Motion tracking 3D cam for XBOX soon

In a attempt to overcome the Nintendo WII, Microsoft is believed to be developing a 3D camera for the Xbox 360 games console that will allow players to control games through their body movement.

Unlike the Nintendo's WII which requires a Wiimote to identify the player's movement, the Microsoft XBOX360 camera uses the movement of the player's head, arm and leg.
The accuracy is achieved by using a 3D Z-cam technology which Microsoft acquired Israeli start-up 3DV Systems in February. Sources say that this would be demonstrated in the E3 game industry conference this june and it would be on sales from next year.

A bomb that doesnt destroy anything instead it grows...

Everyone know that a bomb is a weapon of destruction and we have seen many incidents justifying it this bomb is one of its kind that doesnt destroy anything, instead it plants seeds.

The concept is amazingly simple and represents the coolness of out of the box thinking. Instead of tiny bombs known as “bomblets” or anti personnel mines, the SeedBomb has Seed capsules aligned in a cluster configuration.

Each cluster of capsules is packed into a single bomb with dozens of others and when the bomb reaches optimum altitude, the clusters are released to embed all around the impact area. Each capsule contains soil and seeds housed in a biodegradable plastic. The soil is packed with plant rich nutrients and moisture enough to allow the plant seed to germinate (the plastic canister acts as a defacto greenhouse) and grow until the plant can sustain itself. As the plant matures, the biodegradable plastic canister deteriorates until there’s nothing left.

Google is real serious about going green

Google’s innovative “California Grazing” start-up is simply an awesome idea that can be called a complete pollution free way to remove grass from fields. Instead of using lawn mowers or any other machinery, Google decided to hire goats to cut its Mountain View in California. No need to explain how this method is greener than any other. No electricity, no fuel consumption, and therefore, no emissions. Google wants to get rid of the weeds and brush growing in the peripheral fields, as it can cause wildfires.

To execute the plan, 200 goats were hired that will graze in the area for a week. One more advantage of hiring goats is that their waste will provide free fertilizer. I don’t think there can be a greener idea than this one. Big firms can take a lesson from Google in the present times of energy crisis. However, these goats cost the same as the mowers.

Recycling now is simple with this

Envirobank has figured out a way that consumers can deposit their recyclables in a conveniently located machine, and give them a cash reward for their ecologically sound actions. These machines have been called “reverse vending machines” as users give aluminum cans to the machine, and it gives them money right back.

In addition to aluminum cans, these machines accept PET, HDPE, and PVC recyclable materials as well as brown, clear, and green glass. My sources say that some of these machines can hold up to 3,000 containers.

I am assuming that some recycler eventually comes by and picks up all the drop-offs, replenishes the money slot, and the recyclables will already be cleaned and crushed. I believe that in order to receive the payments for the recycled trash, the user needs to watch a video via an LCD screen on the machine itself.

This new system of reverse vending machines has already been deployed in Australia, but only on a trial basis. Personally, I think a system like this could easily change the world, and maybe even save the Earth in the process.
